Seeking treatment doesn't mean putting your life on hold. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers flexibility for healing and recovery with expert treatment from professionals. You will be able to integrate treatment into your life, while allowing yourself to continue living fully and receiving the support you need.
Our Approach to Treatment:
IOP sessions focus on treating co-occurring, also known as dual diagnosis, disorders and the connection between substance use and mental health considerations that contribute to addiction.
Because of this co-occurring component that we see with individuals with substance use disorders, Crescent Wellness takes a holistic approach to addiction treatment by treating the whole person rather than just the addiction itself. Our treatment methods emphasize the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit, and foster an overall sense of well-being and healing.
Dedicated Care Team:
While in our IOP group, you will be paired with an individual therapist to meet with weekly in addition to your IOP treatment and may also be referred to meet with other providers on our team that specialize in Wellness for nutritional support, lifestyle management and medication management.
IOP services are offered in the morning or evening, in-person or virtually.
Our substance use treatment offers alternatives to the traditional 12-step method and allows individuals autonomy with their treatment to discover what approaches are most effective for their recovery.
While attending our groups, you will learn ways to identify triggers through mindfulness techniques, while gaining healthy coping strategies and relapse prevention tools that allow you to sustain long-lasting recovery.
We offer a safe and welcoming space where you can freely share experiences and learn from others. Our groups foster a supportive environment that provides a sense of community which is one of the foundational aspects that contribute to effective recovery.
