Seeking treatment doesn't mean putting your life on hold. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers flexibility for healing and recovery with expert treatment from professionals. You will be able to integrate treatment into your life, while allowing yourself to continue living fully and receiving the support you need.
Our Approach to Treatment:
At Crescent Wellness Center, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a structured, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to healing. Our program is designed to support adults living with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use disorders, and other chronic mental health conditions.
Clients participate in group therapy three to five days per week and also receive individualized therapy, psychiatric medication management, and ongoing support. This combination ensures that care is both comprehensive and personalized.
Our treatment model is grounded in a holistic, client-centered approach. We honor the unique experiences of each individual, with an emphasis on recovery from trauma, mental health struggles, and addiction.
The Crescent IOP is more than just treatment—it’s a place to heal, grow, and thrive. Through evidence-based therapies, supportive psychiatric care, and a compassionate community, we help clients build resilience, rediscover hope, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Dedicated Care Team:
While participating in our IOP program, you will be supported by both an individual therapist and a psychiatric provider, who will work with you on medication management, lifestyle guidance, and overall wellness.
IOP services are offered in the morning or evening, in-person or virtually.
Our substance use treatment offers alternatives to the traditional 12-step method and allows individuals autonomy with their treatment to discover what approaches are most effective for their recovery.
While attending our groups, you will learn ways to identify triggers through mindfulness techniques, while gaining healthy coping strategies and relapse prevention tools that allow you to sustain long-lasting recovery.
We offer a safe and welcoming space where you can freely share experiences and learn from others. Our groups foster a supportive environment that provides a sense of community which is one of the foundational aspects that contribute to effective recovery.
