Seeking treatment doesn't mean putting your life on hold. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers flexibility for healing and recovery with expert treatment from professionals. You will be able to integrate treatment into your life, while allowing yourself to continue living fully and receiving the support you need.
Services are offered in the morning or evening, in-person or virtually.
IOP is a structured and comprehensive treatment option designed for individuals experiencing mental health or co-occurring substance use challenges. These type of challenges require more than standard therapy but do not necessitate inpatient hospitalization. This involves a series of scheduled sessions and therapeutic interventions that individuals attend regularly, while still allowing them to live at home and maintain their daily responsibilities.
Group sessions focus on core issues behind mental health and substance use challenges, covering coping strategies, relapse prevention, utilization of recovery tools, addressing codependency, and more. We offer a safe and welcoming space where you can freely share experiences and learn from others going through similar challenges.
You'll be paired with one of our therapists for individual sessions. These one-on-one sessions will focus on addressing underlying trauma or factors contributing to addiction. Together, you'll develop a personalized recovery plan, address current challenges in your personal and professional life, and establish aftercare goals.
The role of family dynamics is crucial in shaping an individual's mental health and overall well-being. Our family therapy approach is designed to foster a supportive environment, encouraging open discussions among family members.
Our skilled therapists lead you through a variety of holistic practices to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. This balanced approach proves especially effective when integrated with traditional treatments, elevating your self-healing abilities, and furnishing you with a toolkit for nurturing mental health.
Motivational Therapy focuses on helping individuals discover and strengthen their inner motivation for positive change. By working collaboratively with a therapist, individuals explore their feelings, set achievable goals, and build a roadmap for making lasting improvements in their behavior and life.
We provide medication management services as part of our comprehensive approach to mental health care.
We offer nutritional counseling and lifestyle management tools to support your overall mental health and wellness goals.
