Sharon Mayo, LMHC, SUDP, CSAT, CRC, MAC, CIMHP

Sharon Mayo is a Washington State licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and substance use disorder professional (SUDP). 

Her vision is to repair the world one step at a time, and prides herself to teach, inspire, and motivate those that are suffering. Along with the common clinical modalities, Sharon also takes a holistic approach with her patients when challenged with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and unresolved childhood trauma.

Sharon possesses excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to engage with all ages and groups, supporting them as they work from obstacles toward goals, and ultimately to their highest state of being.
 

In her spare time, Sharon enjoys sailing, white water rafting, reading, healing, exercise, live theater, and exploring new adventures.
